1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is issued by Aion Technologies LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company doing business as AION Tech ("Aion," "we," "us," or "our").
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the rules for using TodoClean, including our web-based application, progressive web app, websites, support, payment features, Stripe Connect features, notifications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This AUP is part of our Terms of Service and SaaS Subscription Agreement. By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP and to ensure your authorized users, crew members, employees, contractors, managers, and agents follow it too.
TodoClean is designed for independent residential cleaning professionals and residential cleaning businesses in the United States. You may not use TodoClean for another business type, marketplace, payment processing activity, or regulated activity unless we approve it in writing and Stripe allows it where payment features are involved.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use TodoClean to support lawful residential cleaning-business operations, including:
- Managing schedules, routes, jobs, checklists, service notes, reminders, and customer records.
- Allowing authorized owners, managers, employees, contractors, and crew members to access assigned business information.
- Creating estimates, invoices, receipts, reports, job records, and operational notes for your cleaning business.
- Uploading job-related photos, such as before/after photos or issue documentation, when you have permission to do so.
- Using Stripe-powered payment features to accept payment only for your own lawful cleaning services, if your account is approved for those features.
- Managing your TodoClean subscription, account settings, permissions, and support requests.
3. Business, Legal, and Customer Conduct Rules
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any federal, state, local, or international law, regulation, court order, payment network rule, Stripe requirement, or third-party right.
- Make false, misleading, deceptive, unfair, or high-pressure claims to customers, including pricing, refund, service, review, or testimonial claims.
- Discriminate against customers, workers, crew members, or applicants based on protected characteristics.
- Violate wage and hour laws, worker classification rules, employment laws, tax laws, licensing rules, permit rules, insurance requirements, safety rules, or other laws that apply to your business.
- Record or manage jobs for properties where you are not authorized to provide service.
- Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, exploit, abuse, or harm another person or business.
- Upload explicit, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, invasive, or unrelated content.
- Upload photos or images containing another person's sensitive personal information, such as a government-issued identification, financial account number, or health information, or that identify a minor, without the legal right and any consent required to do so.
- Use TodoClean to operate a marketplace, staffing agency, lead marketplace, payment facilitator, payment aggregator, money transmission business, escrow service, or service that processes payments for work you did not provide.
4. Customer Data, Privacy, and Sensitive Information
4.1 Customer and Crew Data
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and source of the customer, crew, employee, contractor, property, job, payment, and business information you enter into TodoClean. You must have the right to collect, upload, store, use, and share that information with Aion, Stripe, and our service providers as needed to provide the Service.
4.2 Required Privacy Practices
You must:
- Provide any privacy notices and obtain any consents required for customer, crew, employee, contractor, or property information you enter into the Service.
- Use customer information only for legitimate business purposes related to your cleaning services.
- Protect addresses, alarm codes, gate codes, garage codes, lockbox codes, pet information, and other property-access details.
- Remove or update information when you no longer have a lawful reason to keep it, subject to your legal, tax, payment, and business record obligations.
- Promptly notify us if you believe your account or Customer Data has been accessed without authorization.
4.3 Sensitive Data You Should Not Enter
Do not enter the following information into notes, job records, customer profiles, support messages, or other free-text fields unless we provide a secure field specifically designed for it:

- Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, passport numbers, or taxpayer identification numbers.
- Medical, health, biometric, children's, immigration, or other highly sensitive personal information.
- Passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or security answers.
5. Stripe, Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
If you use Stripe-powered payment features, you must comply with Stripe's terms, Stripe's prohibited and restricted business rules, payment network rules, and all laws that apply to your transactions. Stripe may approve, reject, suspend, limit, or terminate payment features independently of Aion.
You may not use TodoClean or Stripe payment features to:
- Process payments for anyone else's goods or services, or for services you did not personally or legally provide through your cleaning business.
- Submit fake, fraudulent, unauthorized, misleading, duplicate, inflated, split, or test charges.
- Use stolen payment methods, customer payment credentials, fake identities, or false business information.
- Avoid Stripe underwriting, identity verification, tax reporting, risk controls, card network rules, chargeback rules, or legal requirements.
- Offer cash advances, money transmission, escrow, stored value, gift cards, lending, gambling, adult services, illegal products or services, or any other activity that Stripe prohibits or restricts unless Stripe and Aion approve the activity in writing.
- Process payments involving sanctioned persons, prohibited jurisdictions, or businesses that Stripe or applicable law does not allow.
- Ignore refund requests, chargebacks, disputes, evidence requests, negative balances, fees, or notices from Stripe, Aion, banks, or card networks.
You are responsible for refunds, customer disputes, chargebacks, negative balances, fees, penalties, taxes, invoices, receipts, and customer complaints connected to your own cleaning services. This AUP does not make Aion responsible for the cleaning services you provide to your customers.
